| Tiivistelmä: | The integration of global financial market has heightened the international financial risks. No countries can develop under a close-door policy. How to tighten the supervision over Foreign Capital Bank is a difficult task to the host country. This article begins with the weakness of the supervision over the foreign financial institutions and put forward to tighten the legal supervision over asset qualities and risks of the bank, the access form and examine and approval of foreign capital and market risk, to coordinate the division of duties to draw into advanced examining method of determining the mature and quantitative assess, to enhance international cooperation thereby to avoid the occurrence of financial upheavals. |
