| Tiivistelmä: | The residual profit system can make enterprises restrain their fund demand, reduce the amount of fund used, and focus on investment efficiency. The income of the employees will be really based on efficiency, hence avoiding the too rapid growth of the expenditure on wages. Therefore, the economic efficiency can be dramatically improved. The residual profit system does probe into the problems encountered in the current reform on the economic system. |
