| Tiivistelmä: | The traditional planned economic system, the outworn social concept of credits and the rigid control over interest rates are the main factors restricting the operational efficiency of China's banking. The measures to raise the operational efficiency of China's banking are to establish and perfect 1.the commercial banks' mechanisms of self-restraint, and restriction and supervision of assets-liabilities ratio, 2.the mechanism of floating interest rates under control and with market supply and demand as the basis; the commercial banks' mechanism of being independent in management and self-management so as to raise the operational and managerial level conscientiously. |
