| Tiivistelmä: | We can not consider one-side that it is good so long as it is foreign investment. Instead, we must make our choice between using and discussing foreign investment according to the key points of the development of industries. Viewing from the machine-building industry as a whole we can control the scale of foreign investment at 30% or so (accounting for 30% of fixed assets). The rational investment direction should include both products and areas for investment. To handle well the relationship between utilizing foreign investment and protecting national industry, we must have a "limit" as to the quantity and sphere of holding shares. |
