| Tiivistelmä: | The reason for the low efficiency in the direct production process in China isn't the generally backward in technology. It is because of insufficient human capital and due to the industrial type designed by man, which overrides our conditions of technological resources. Taking transaction into account, the low efficiency of our economy is caused by society's lack of intelligence capital and morality capital as well as its incapability to form effective institution, which result in the decrease of productive endeavour of the society and the extremely high transaction costs. Our economic, political and legal systems can only be perfected on the basis of devoting major efforts to develop modern education and accumulating sufficient intelligence capital and morality capital. The economic efficiency is to be improved and raised on such basis. |
