Tiivistelmä:The paper explores the relationship between the intended doing, buying, and the actual consumption tourism services. The central assumptions are that more behavious are realized than planned, and that the matching between these two varies as a function of contingency factors of composition of a tourist group, product experience and motivations. The empirical evidence support the assumptions partially.
