| Tiivistelmä: | The first high tech development zone of China's mainland- Shenzhen sci-tech industrial park came into being in Shenzhen in 1985. Following that, China's first national high tech development zone---Beijing experimental zone for the development of high technology was established in may, 1988 and at the same time 18 preferential policies were promulgated. From then on, the high tech industrial development zones have been set up one after another in more than 10 cities including Wuhan and Nanjing. After their establishment, the reforms in property rights system, distribution sÖstem, labour personnel system and social security system have been carried out in these zones. |
