| Tiivistelmä: | Thought on reorganising the regional layout structure of China's textile industry is as follows: 1. concentrating efforts on transforming a batch of backbone enterprises after reducing the production of backward primary processed and low-grade products, and developing with great efforts high and new tech and high value-added products according to market demand, 2. encouraging the transfer of primary processing production in the old textile industrial bases and the advanced areas to raw materials-producing areas moderately, 3. developing trans-regional co-operation and transforming the primary processing industry in raw materials-producing areas to improve the industrial quality. Besides, the regional layout model of textile industry needs to be re-established, stressing on the flow and reorganisation of assets. |
