| Tiivistelmä: | The regional industrial structure tends to be the same in China due to the reasons in history, system, guidance of market and the structure of industrial organisation. In view of the above, this paper raises the following policy suggestions: organising regional division of work according to the principle of market economy; co-ordinating the relationship of long-term development between regions; combination formulating the policy on regional division of work with settling the important strategic issue concerning regional economic development; practising the policy on industrial layout, highlighting the consumption place oriented and resource-oriented principles and the principles of concentration and specialisation; taking effective policy measures to develop large-sized industrial capital groups. |
