| Tiivistelmä: | The authors analyse how wage setting and company location are influenced by trade liberalization in a two-country reciprocal dumping model, with one country unionised. It is shown that trade liberalization can induce FDI, which is a odds with conventional theoretical wisdom and cannot happen in a corresponding model without unionisation. |
