Tiivistelmä:The successful solution of conflicts in a company is frequently blocked by numerous problematic assumptions and psychological requirements. In other words, the ability of the personnel to solve conflicts more efficiently must be developed. Personal abilities to conflict management are examined. It is shown how parents offer models for conflict solution. The capacity for conflict management in organizational context is investigated. A number of psychological obstacles hindering conflict resolution are mentioned: conformity, rivalry, anxiety about change, repression, projection and many others. The cases of structural and interpersonal conflicts are examined. The role of training in the development of conflict management is highlighted.
