Tiivistelmä:Formula One (F1) motor racing is a microcosm of modern business. Its teams have to effectively manage change under time and performance pressures. This article suggests that the sport's lean team structures and use of communities of practice provide a model for all organizations with a knowledge flow as a vital component.
