Tiivistelmä: | The subject of this paper is role expectation. In this article the author considers the ways in which community roles contribute to community success and formation of knowledge domain or practice roles. Also the paper pays special attention to the importance of leadership roles in a community's recognition and responsibilities of knowledge intermediaries. The author states that the reader shouldn't embark on a journey of creating organizational communities of practice (CoPs) without a clear sense of who is providing leaderships, expertise and support. In this paper the author considers the ways in which community roles contribute to community success. |
