| Tiivistelmä: | The subject of this paper is the knowledge management. The paper describes the knowledge management (KM) strategies employed at the Alberta Agriculture. The article considers the Food and Rural Development (AAFRD) to improve both internal competence and efficacy and the service that the Canadian government agency provides to end-users. It also considers the following subjects: web-based services given to farmers challenges that required the streamlining of knowledge flow. The author pays attention to KM leverage of organization's collective knowledge and to improvement of people's skills in key business activities. |
