Tiivistelmä:The Henley KM Forum studied 16 diverse companies to answer the question: "Why do some CoPs work and some don’t?" The answer, it turns out, depends on the type of organization. Some prefer top-down communities, other cultures are better suited to bottom-up CoPs. But no matter what type of organization, all successful CoPs align individual needs with organizational ones. However, getting perfect alignment is easier said than done.
