Enabling employees to learn effectively isnt simply a "nice to have" at the software company, it is considered a matter of survival. Here, the author describes how Oracle EMEAs learning organization initiative coordinates and leverages all of its existing learning activities, incl. knowledge management, innovation, and training and development to make the company more competitive for the long term. |
