Tiivistelmä:Like many other companies, Oracle depends on its ability to transform the collective know-how of its employees into products and services. Enabling employees to learn effectively isn’t simply a "nice to have" at the software company, it is considered a matter of survival. Here, the author describes how Oracle EMEA’s learning organization initiative coordinates and leverages all of its existing learning activities, incl. knowledge management, innovation, and training and development to make the company more competitive for the long term.
