Tiivistelmä: | Traditional succession-planning programs often identify people with skills that mirror the current leadership, depriving the organization of valuable talent. Worse, these programs, in which future leaders are hand-picked from the top, can foster a sense of secrecy, leading to good employees walking out the door. The article describes how WWFs "organic" talent plan offered the possibility of leadership to every employee. |
