Tiivistelmä: | This study aims at providing useful insights into how knowledge (hereafter as: kn.) is being shared in Malaysian organizations and business schools. The primary data was collected through questionnaires from the academic staff of the business schools in the Klang Valley. Respondents were asked to indicate the degree to which 1. they were, 2. their colleagues were willing to share the kn. Based on this research, kn. sharing (as: KS.) should be continuously promoted and barriers should be overcome. The strategies for promoting KS. may be company specific. However, there is found a strong case for linking KS. with rewards and performance appraisal. |
