Tiivistelmä: | In 2002, for supporting a global transformation program, a knowledge (here as: kn.) mapping program was launched in the company with the idea of coordinating kn., processes, IT systems, and people to become more client-focused and to take full advantage of its entrepreneurial culture. This article describes how the company avoided mapping "what people know now" in favour of "what they need to know" in the future. |
