| Tiivistelmä: | Way back in 1987, in a report for The Economist Intelligence Unit entitled "Intrapreneurship in Practice" Roy Williams and Gay Haskins concluded that "Those companies which learn how to harness the intrapreneurial spirit, and to direct it in a way that adds value to the total business process, will gain competitive advantage". But despite their storng conviction "intrapreneurship" seems to have gone out of fashion. Or has it? In this short article the authors look back and explain a little what "intrapreneurship" was all about - and to the present. |
