| Tiivistelmä: | As immigrants continue to enter the work force in record numbers, accounting for as much as 40 percent of the annual growth of the USA labor force, HR professionals will continue to face a panoply of challenges from their United Nations of employees. HR professionals are finding that foreign-born workers have distinct needs. Between language concerns, training and managing requirements, and cross-cultural awareness issues, conscientious managers of immigrants have to meet these challenges if they want to be able to handle the complexity of the labor force. |
