| Tiivistelmä: | The second stage of a study of performance management in the UK today is now complete, and, like the first stage, it found that most organisations have a long way to go before they can claim to have an integrated and strategic approach to the subject. In this article, the authors describe some of the findings of the study, which took a more in-depth, case study approach to studying performance management systems. |
