| Tiivistelmä: | There exist great difference between the statistical data on the production of aquatic products and ones on their marketing, which has become more serious over more than decade. The most important reason is that the statistics of output are not true to the original. This is attributed to the fact that the administrative officials at every level have exaggerated the data and however, the statistical system of agricultural production can not resist such a pressure. In view of the above, this paper raises the following suggestions: We should reform the present statistical method to obtain data by sampling rather than by reporting statistics to the higher authorizes level by level. Besides, we have to reform the present method of appraising the achievements in the official career of administrative officials to reduce the negative influence |
