| Tiivistelmä: | CLAB Europa, the electronic database on unfair terms in consumer contracts, has potential for being a valuable research tool but has largely been ignored to date. This paper uses statistical analyses for illustrating the database's wealth and sophisticated query functions, which allow useful conclusions regarding the case law on standard terms in consumer contracts. However, in order to make full use of CLAB, it has overcome some lacks in quality and presentation of the data. |
