Specifically the study concentrates on low-income consumers. The study was made having interviews with 30 low-income consumers who had recently signed a credit contract. The interviews concentrate on the customersÂ’ understanding of the information in the contracts. The attention was paid on the possibly unfair terms their understanding of their rights. The findings reveal that there is a lack of understanding the contracts, as well as there is no sufficient protection of customers in the credit transactions. |
