| Tiivistelmä: | The conventional wisdom is criticized that the R&D and innovation demands inter-firm collaboration and government intervention. Government sponsored collective technical agreements may result in loss of competitiveness and the value of any collaboration to a firm will differ. Before initiating technological exchanges among OECD countries,more specific investigation of how particular industries are affected will need to be undertaken. |
