| Tiivistelmä: | Financial income and payment and their changes have inherent inevitable relations with supply and demand of money, and their changes and fluctuation of total demand and supply in the society. Financial and monetary policies make use of such kind of relations, formulate and pursue the basic principle, guiding principle, measures and regulations of financial income and payment, supply of money and demand of money, maintain the general balance between total demand and supply in the society. There are mainly three problems existing in the coordination and cooperation between these two policies: 1.The financial function of regulation is weak. 2. Functions of these two policies are mixed up. 3. The measures of regulation of financial and monetary policy imperfect. This author presents the suggestions. |
