| Tiivistelmä: | Cross-country purchasing and annexing have many special advantages, benefits for enterprise international management, and low the risk of abroad investments, enforce international competition powers. The present international situation provide a good chance for cross- country purchasing and annexing in our country, which investments have less proportion in the total sum of abroad investments ,and affected the economic interests of abroad investments. So adjusting abroad investments strategy has become a top priority,using much more and better the way of cross-country purchasing and annexing to take the place of traditional way to build up new enterprise. |
