| Tiivistelmä: | Difficulties and problems are shown in the following sectors: development environment, erection, promotion, collection and circulation of funds etc. The measures are fell into macro measures and micro ones. The macro measures include. (1)Strengthen the national supervision over funds; (2)Prevent people being aroused to precipitate action; (3) perfect matched equipment of funds development and cultivate professional groups of experts at financial management. The micro measures are as follows: ensure the market position of the funds, policies of funds, circulation of funds and scientific and sound mechanism of fund management. |
