Figures in tables are calculated from unrounded data and may not sum. The market is divided into three sectors: ice cream, yoghurt and chilled desserts. Among the main findings are following: 1) Value growth was achieved by further creating variety, new recipes and packaging, and a constant stream of new product innovation. 2) The snacking trend has driven sales of ice cream extensions of well established confectionery brands and portable yoghurts and chilled desserts. |
