| Tiivistelmä: | China's petroleum sector has two alternatives in the establishment of a modern enterprise system. One is that the state exercises a strict control over petroleum by adopting the model of monopolized management. The overall resources of domestic petroleum products are to be allocated and priced by the state, and monopolized by state petroleum corporations. The other is to set up a number of competitive petroleum conglomerates to bring about competitions between conglomerates which are to adopt the stock system, internationalized management and diversified management. |
