| Tiivistelmä: | It is wrong to have an opinion, that the organizational sciences only deal with methods, techniques and contents of business decision making, while the formal side (organizational agencies and their authorities, decision procedures, etc.) should be a matter of a juridical branch, which should be dealt with separately and independently from organizational contents.Namely, a definite form always serves a precisely definite contents only.Therefore the institutional and functional aspects of management are closely related.The article presents the institutional arrangement of the management system in a joint-stock company according to Slovene Iegislation and its theoretically organizational background.At the same time the definition of management's contents should be payed a special attention to, as well as relations between the legal system of worker's cooperation with the management of the theories on participational management. |
