| Tiivistelmä: | Under the circumstance that the economic and trade contact between the mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan has become increasingly close, many people raise the suggestion that four areas join hands to form a big unified Chinese market and realise the unification of contract laws. The unification of contract laws has double implication. One refers to the unification of their contents, that is, the basic contents of four areas' law are roughly the same and have no basic contradiction or conflicts. The other refers to the unification's in both contents and forms , that is, the four areas should codify a unified contract code. |
