| Tiivistelmä: | Dealing with contributions on creativity (hereafter as: crty.) in R&D, as presented at the 2006 R&D Management Conference held in Taiwan, this short thematic paper reviews four different and critical approaches (here as: appr./apprs.) to crty., that is, the evolutionary approach, the cross-disciplinary science appr., the social system appr. and the social network appr. It is concluded that these four apprs. provide complementary contributions in understanding the measurement of crty. in an R&D context etc. |
