| Tiivistelmä: | This paper concerns the current performance standing of U.S. airlines. The study is based on a Bayesian random stochastic frontier model. The findings indicate that performance of U.S. airlines has declined over time to reach value of 69.02% in 2007. The paper also discusses on the current industry trends. |
