Tiivistelmä:Since the development of the job demands-control model the interaction of job demands and control has been a focus of research interest. This study found support for Karasek's job demand-decision latitude model from respondents in the People's Republic of China. The highest depression and anxiety were related to high job demands and low control, and them highest job satisfaction and life satisfaction were related to high job demands and high control. There were individual differences in the interactive effects of job demands and control and group differences in the applicability of the model.
