| Tiivistelmä: | Results suggest that not-for-profit executives should react differently to conflict-based decision aids than for-profit executives. Given the research which suggests that decision aids actually do improve decisions, and that consensus and agreement is often associated with poor performance it may be that for-profit managers in general have an unrealistically negative view of the effects of conflict. This has profound implications for business practice. |
