| Tiivistelmä: | In the article the author considers which information indicates a need for organizational adaptation and how the necessary decision-making and modifications can be set in motion. He describes the information aspects that give rise to organizational activities and presents the results of empirical research into such processes. He presents a model for organizational initiation processes, describes some methods and techniques for obtaining information and finally deals with the problem of passing on such information. |
