| Tiivistelmä: | The operation mechanism of our country's treasury bills should be reformed in the following aspects: first, to increase the varieties of the treasury bills. second, to fix the issuing time every year. Third, to pay interest once a year , fourth, to increase the issuing and circulation of non-paper treasury bills. Fifth to make further efforts on pushing ahead the distribution of treasury bills through market mechanism. Sixth, to establish and perfect the treasury bill's primary dealer system. Seventh, to establish its futures, options and redo markets. Eighth, to set up market sinking funds. |
