| Tiivistelmä: | Mr. Chenyuan, the vice president of the People's Bank of China recently expressed his view that we should slow down properly the development of capital market, which will benefit the co-ordination of supervision and management of finance, foreign exchange and bank as a whole. It is worth while thinking it deeply. In the steps of overall reform of China's securities market, must be established the status of the state securities committee as the quasi-subject of legislation and independent subject of enforcement, which conducts unified management of corporations, securities and futures business. The policy promises concerning securities and corporations business should benefit the acceleration of reform of social security system and social financing system and the cultivation of rationalised institution investors. |
