| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, a new problem has emerged in the hotel industry, namely it is hard to stay at hotels. On one hand, the grade of some hotels is so high that it's impossible to consume there. On the other hand, hotels are reluctant to market changes. Under such circumstance, economical hotels emerge as the times demand. So far large groups play a leading role in the development of economical hotels. They centralize their inputs and act as poineers. Furthermore, they have a high starting point and implement the standardized chain operation. Economical hotels as we advocate don't mean simple and crade. Instead, we have to apply new managerial methods and standardized, regularized, specialized and chained operation and management methods to manage and develop enterprises. |
