| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years Cuban tourist and hotel industry has experienced fast growth. This article presents shortly the history of Cuba's tourism and hotel development, Cuban government strategy, hotel structure and foreign participation, and conducts a market and competitive analysis. Using in-depth interviews the possibility of international operators expanding into the Cuban market and the risks involved in it are examined. |
