| Tiivistelmä: | This article explores the impact of firm size, market structure, profitability and growth on innovations in small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses in Australia with data drawn from the Confidentialised Unit Record File database from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Business Longitudinal Survey. The importance of technological opportunity is examined with two sub-samples: firms in high-technological-opportunity industries and firms in low- technological-opportunity industries. |
