| Tiivistelmä: | This paper examines the security services of a hotel from the guestÂ’s point of view. The authors studied the acceptance of security measures of 930 hotel guests and the willingness to pay for the security. The findings indicated that guests were mostly in favor of security cameras and photo identification, and would support having a first-aid kit in every room. The guests were also exposed to more intrusive security measures such as metal detectors and background checks. |
