The industry is known for the fact that sacrifices must be made in the effort to identify ways to gain competitive advantage in the highly competitive sector. This article examines what is already known about this subject by using organizational-, individual-, and family-level outcomes of the interface. The conclusions focus in new innovative managerial implications to address work-family concerns. |
