| Tiivistelmä: | The present paper informs of a know-how transfer project which aimed at compiling a practical model for immediate use in small hotels and restaurants on the basis of a number of well known theory models of strategic business management. The know-how transfer project showed that the strategy theory cannot be transferred to small businesses without alterations. We learn of all the major problems which should be dealt with in a new research project. |
