| Tiivistelmä: | To solve the problem of complex structure of stock rights, the only way is to unify various shares by listing and circulating stocks, that is, the state shares, the corporate shares and the personal shares are exchanged mutually on a unified market and as a result, the boundary line of different shares set by the subjects of investment will disappear mutually. To standardize the structure of stock rights, we should take the principle of dealing with different things in different ways and settle it step by step, in accordance of different status's of shareholders. On the premise of fixing part of state shares, part of corporate shares must be stabilized and then the personal shares of staff and workers will be digested gradually. |
