| Tiivistelmä: | Throughout the last years the concept of Shareholder Value has risen to remarkable prominence, being discussed intensively and controversially at the same time. Great attention has especially been attracted by the further development of this concept to the concept of Personnel Value and eventually Customer Value by Rainer Strack and Ulrich Villis, who were awarded the Erich Gutenberg Preis 2002 for their work. This paper describes these concepts and adds to them the organizational perspective of "Process Value". While this approach is particularly suited to determine the value added of single (core) processes, it also promotes the idea of Value Management as being the value-based integration of independent processes. |
