| Tiivistelmä: | The point of departure for this study is gainsharing and the factors that effect its successful implementation. To determine these factors the authors examined four interventions conducted by one consulting firm. They found that gainsharing led to improvements in performance and that process issues affected the interventions' success to a great extent. They concluded that gainsharing and organisation development complement each other. |
