| Tiivistelmä: | Though the internal rate of return (IRR) is accepted as the most important measure of economic return, practitioners use the accounting rate of return (ARR), because the latter can be obtained much easier than the former. The present paper provides a method for the estimation of IRR by linear transfer functions. The paper presents a practical calculation. |
